The internet issue in our AWS data center was resolved and our transcoders are coming back up.
We've identified the issue as being related to an outage in our AWS data center, we will continue monitoring the situation
We are experiencing connectivity issues with our transcoders and image are not loading due to it. We are looking into the issue and will update the status when we identifies the issue.
This incident has been resolved.
We're investigating a 2 minute outage caused by a long running query on our database.
Our web interface was unavailable for about 2 minutes due to a short outage caused by performance issues.
A migration timing issue during today's deploy caused 10 minutes of outage for the Cerego web front end, Mobile Apps and the API were unaffected
Database upgraded has completed and operations are back to normal.
Upgrade is complete. We're doing a couple final checks.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
We will be upgrading our database infrastructure and will require some downtime for it.
Indices have been rebuilt and all assignments and courses should be visible and behave normally. We will continue monitoring.
We are aware of partially degraded performance related to an ongoing deploy after a major backend refactor. Assignments may not be visible in the Courses product while we rebuild our indices, no data has been lost or compromised, once the rebuild finishes all assignments will be visible again.
